Hi, I’m Evan the founder of Fluid Foundations. I live in Pittsburgh and am a recent Carnegie Mellon University graduate. Sydney is our technical expert and property management guru. Sydney works to ensure guests have smooth transitions from booking, to stay, to renting again. By working in partnership with Hostaway our management platform and our local cleaning service - our properties are consistently keep up to our top standards.
